What if your iPhone's PIN code has been blocked?
Your device offers you three chances to enter the PIN code
correctly. In the event that you have entered it wrongly three times, the
mobile will be blocked.
In order to unlock it, a message will appear on the iPhone
screen requesting the PUK code : 8 digits that cannot be modified and that is
used to unblock the PIN when it has been blocked.

iPhone with eSIM
If you use your iPhone with an eSIM card , available for
iPhone XS, XR and later, you will also have a PIN provided by your telephone
operator on the activation card along with the PUK and a QR code.
To change the eSIM PIN on iPhone, proceed in the same way as
if it were a physical SIM or a nanoSIM. In "Settings">
"Mobile data"> Select the line with which you have configured the
eSIM> "SIM PIN"> "Change PIN"> Enter the current
PIN> Enter the new PIN 2 times to confirm it.
How to activate an eSIM on iPhone
If you want to change the SIM of your iPhone for an eSIM,
the first thing you should do is request it from your telephone operator.
Remember that the eSIM is available for iPhone XS and later with operating
system iOS 12.1 and later. In addition, with the new iPhone 13 you can use the
dual SIM function with 2 eSIM.
Once you have requested your virtual SIM, your operator will
provide you with an activation card that shows, among other information, the
