The article analyzes how Industry 4.Zero triggers modifications within the business models of manufacturing SMEs (small and medium-sized organisations), by using engaging in a qualitative studies with a sample of sixty eight German SMEs from 3 industries (automotive suppliers, mechanical and plant engineering, in addition to electric engineering and ICT).
